Bookings are made via the Playtomic App under Competitions or Academy. You will also find the times of each event on Playtomic. 

Club Nights: run at 5:30pm except for the following: Club night will be at 7pm the First week of the month on Monday Second week of the month on Tuesday and the Third week of the Month on Thursday. Friday Friendlies alternate times.  So please double check your booking on the day. 

Most communication is done via the group chat on Playtomic, so look out for messages from the organisers and other players on this chat.  

Club Events Etiquette:

When you join a club event please double check the time it starts to make sure you arrive on time ( preferably 5 min before the start) 
If you aren't able to make it we ask that you do the following: 
1) Cancel your session ( this has to be outside of the 4 hour window to get a refund)

2) Let the person arranging the club know you can't make it or contact info@ezeepadel to let them know a place is available for someone else to book.
3) Advertise the place on the WhatsApp All Members Group, especially if you are unable to attend very last minute.

**Take Note: If you don't make it and haven't found a replacement, you have prevented other players on the night from playing for the full time and have prevented someone else taking that spot.

If you are running late, please message on the group chat or get hold of the group organiser so that they are aware you will be arriving soon.
